Why We Choose Inbound Marketing

InboundHiro is appropriately named after a practice we support and abide by Inbound Marketing. As our guiding set of principles, Inbound Marketing emphasizes putting our customers first. Customers that, as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM), we hold in the highest regard.

Our goal is to create a better customer experience and to help you create a better customer experience. We want to create an internet culture that isn’t overbearing and demanding nor do we want one that is heartless and monotonous. This is done through the Inbound Marketing Methodology which consists of Attract-Convert-Close-Delight.

Thanks to: https://www.eminentseo.com/blog/inbound-marketing-effective-b2b-marketing-solution/

Attract is how to get strangers to visit your site by creating relevant content that shows up in search engines. Convert is, once a visitor is on your website, how you choose to appropriately engage them. Close is how to help a lead (a visitor interested in buying) make a purchase that is relevant and valuable to them. And Delight is how to create a continuous, personal relationship to your paying customers to make sure they come back, not just for the products or services, but because they’re fans of you and the way your team treats them.

A key part of Inbound Marketing is making content that means something, that answers questions, that responds to a need. This is the goal instead of blatant advertising. We believe that it is far more effective to address needs than to push your name out repetitively. If your approach to marketing is to post “SHOP AT *PLACE*!” On social media, wait five minutes and post “SHOP AT *PLACE*!” Again, then any visitors you might receive have the possibility of checking to make sure you’re not a clickbait site.

We also believe that this approach to Inbound Marketing and customer relationships is better for over brand health because if you’re remembered and recognized for providing an overall good shopping experience, then odds are that some of the traffic received will be from holding a good reputation that people have shared about.

The InboundHiro platform supports the ideas of Inbound Marketing in the following three ways:

  1. We provide the marketer a tool that helps them add value and content to the user via email marketing that requires the marketer to categorize subscribers in such a way that ensures the subscriber is only getting the content that they want.
  2. We provide the analytics to the marketer to ensure they know what their subscribers want.
  3. We do not encourage blatant spam. Even when you begin writing an email, we help to promote better writing standards like Attention-Interest-Desire-Ask (AIDA).

Overall, we believe that by using InboundHiro you are provided with the tools to properly market to your audience and to create an excellent experience for your customers.

Why We Use Microsoft Azure

Why We Use Microsoft Azure

Microsoft Azure is the premier cloud computing platform.

This means that it provides:

  • Easy website hosting
  • Pay-as-you-go file storage
  • And virtual machines galore!

No muss, and no fuss, this cloud computing platform even simplifies licensing by allowing you a pay-as-you-go structure instead of massive one-time payments or unruly subscriptions.

So why do we at InboundHiro choose to use Microsoft Azure?

  • Security in multiple stages
  • The robust uses of the platform
  • Its bleeding edge speed
  • And the promise of Microsoft

The Azure platform is incredibly secure. Microsoft Azure runs in data centers managed and operated by Microsoft Global Foundation Services (GFS). These data centers comply with key industry standards, like ISO/IEC 27001:2005, for security and reliability. They are managed, monitored, and administered by Microsoft operations staff that have years of experience in delivering the world’s largest online services with 24 x 7 continuity. They take their security so serious that, for example, they don’t re-use hardware, they literally throw old hard drives into a wood-chipper type shredder.

The whole platform has an abundance of uses from security, to storage, to app development, to machine learning, and more. In addition to all of these usage possibilities, Microsoft continually innovates the platform adding features and tools as they discover better ideas and optimal uses.

Microsoft Azure is also a quick platform. Faster than Go Daddy and other Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Azure leaves smaller competitors in the dust with its speed of accessibility. While it’s not as fast as Google in the US, it has more regions of coverage spanning the globe and overall a more consistent international experience.

Additionally, here are some speed test results from our own hosting environments:

Host  DreamHost  Namecheap  Azure
Speed  2.06 Seconds  2.20 Seconds  0.98 Seconds
Pingdom Speed Test

Finally, we like the promise of Microsoft. The Microsoft promise isn’t a spoken one, it’s really more philosophical in nature. What we’re trying to get at is that Microsoft isn’t going away. The huge market share and consideration that the majority of businesses use Windows products illustrates partnering with a company like Microsoft is a step of forward momentum.

Microsoft’s cloud service Azure is currently 6 times larger than Google’s cloud services and roughly 3 times larger than Amazon Web Services (AWS). This size clearly demonstrates how much Microsoft has put forward to make things work for end-user customers and provide the ultimate value, commitment, and excellence needed for InboundHiro and ultimately your marketing, to just plain work.

Our Vision: Introduction

Simplified Marketing is exactly what you are looking. You might not think of it that way, but everything we do in life is somehow related to marketing. But sometimes the biggest struggle is knowing what to do next.

We ask ourselves, “what should I wear today?”

We answer that question for you: Courage.

Our marketing platform is unique because it will simplify that decision for you. Instead of analyzing data, developing personas, and writing proposals for marketing, we do that for you. Hence the Hiro part.

Our system will:

  • Analyze the data
  • Suggest a segmented list of contacts
  • Suggest what kind of kind of content those contacts want, based on the data analysis.

Few small businesses have marketing teams, degrees in statistics or even a desire to do marketing. We provide you a solution to that exact problem by developing a system that does it for you.
