And Delight is how to create a continuous, personal relationship to your paying customers to make sure they come back, not just for the products or services, but because they’re fans of you and the way your team treats them.
A key part of Inbound Marketing is making content that means something, that answers questions, that responds to a need. This is the goal instead of blatant advertising. We believe that it is far more effective to address needs than to push your name out repetitively.
